I've been a bit surprised by some of the love Manuel has been getting recently. I guess a fast 40 time will do that. I only watched FSU play 2 or 3 games this season, but he didn't impress me. He would hold the ball forever, just to end up making a bad decision. I don't think he sees the field very well.
