Back in 1985ish, I was in John's Pass in Florida (a touristy pier near St. Pete). There was an airbrush artist named Adam. My friend and I brought him the first two album covers, and he airbrushed a shirt for each of us (I got the "Killers" one). The shirt is awesome... except he decided to put our names on the back. IN ****ING RAINBOW-COLORED PLUMP LETTERS.
Anyway, I squeeze into the shirt--gay lettering on the back and all--every time I go to a concert. Last one I saw was the Benjamin Breeg tour (where they did the whole album). I realized there were kids at the show who were literally younger than my shirt, by a good margin.
