He couldn't even throw a ball 10 yards in November of 2011, his arm got a lot stronger by March of 2012, even stronger in August of 2012, and it's even stronger in 2013. His arm won't be as strong as it was when he was 27 but it should be significantly stronger than it was when he was 33.
