I guess, for the most part, I see memory cues as a gift. There are songs that remind me of friends/family that have passed. Sometimes it's difficult for me to listen to them, but other times it helps bring them back to me for a short time.

Yep. It's good to think of PT again. It hurts because we were best friends when he died and he left 2 young sons behind. They're growing up to be fine young men, I just wish he could be here to see them.
I spoke at his funeral and cried through most of it but I had to do it. His wife asked me to and I couldn't let her down. Second hardest thing I've ever done after speaking at my dads funeral.
I'm not doing funerals anymore. It kills you for days afterwards.
