You know, it's hard to feel sorry for me. We've made a good lick on the industry over the last couple of years. I do feel bad for the layoffs that we've had to make in the last 60 days. It absolutely makes me sick to my stomach when we have to let people go - especially great employees. We've got about 60 employees system wide, and we had to let go about 20%.
It is a volatile industry, but I love it. I love the chase and I love the kill. I think we have about another 12+ months of a flat to slightly falling market before we see the next real uptick......I hope
