Good luck to you. I smoked pretty heavy for 15 years and come May I haven't touched 1 in 12 years. Try to stay away from people who smoke for at least a month. It's not that bad after that except for the occasional urge. Never give in once or you'll start all over again. I've seen many friends quit for a year, think they can have one, and be just as bad as when they started a few weeks later.
