Yep. The argument has gotten twisted and defended to a degree that has made it seem more extreme than it really is. In the end the Geno support isn't that we think he is a lock, it's that we think that the chances of winning a SB with a retread QB(especially Smith) fall lower than the chances of a top QB in this draft working.
It's not that we think Geno ect= 85% chance of working. It's that we think Geno ect>Alex Smith/Flynn/Cousins
