Why should anyone ever have to "lay low" around here? If you think he's bad for ChiefsPlanet, or if he's breaking a rule that's not "don't hurt the mods' feelings," then ban him and be done with it forever.
He's not going to change. Most people around here find him at least mildly entertaining. If you don't and you think you know what's best, then be done with it.
All these veiled threats to punish him for relatively innocuous actions because he's been banned before are just silly.
