RE #2: Richardson is Thunder, so I would take Barber as Lightning. With our current coaching staff, it would be a waste. We would just see them blasting Barber up the middle. However, with a new OC, I can see an inside/outside attack with Richardson/Barber.
RE #3: Take the hit now, IMO. Yeah, it is gonna hurt really bad, but better to take our lumps and start recovering rather than extending the pain out for several seasons. I confess that I am not a capanomics expert, so I guess I will have to rely on Carl to make the right decision here.
