It'd be an interesting fight, well, presuming Incognito got a little time to actually learn how to fight.
Let's not forget, Jones is a light heavyweight. I don't think there's a human being alive that weighs less than 200 lbs that can take him, I agree. He's a terrifyingly strong, athletic, skilled cat. I still think the only way that guy will lose as a light heavyweight is boredom or laziness. Then eventually age may catch up to him but he's only 26. He'll be around for a long time.
But Incognito outweighs him by over 100 lbs. And while he's not the athlete Jones is, he's still an NFL lineman - those guys are pretty much freakishly nimble in their own right.
If they fought in the octagon, Richie could probably push him into a corner. At that point sheer mass/strength could do a lot of damage to Jones.
There's a reason Jones isn't dying to fight up a weight class - size makes a huge difference. But either way, I know I'd pay to see it...
