I donít think there is a perfect solution but the HAS plans do seem to be where things are going. For those young and healthy should they go a couple of years without incident the fund will be sufficient to cover the out of pocket expenses and they would be money ahead. I also think they will force the patient to pay more attention to what the test are , why they are doing them and to see if the reason for running them makes sense but, when it is your kid that is sick and a Dr. says your child needs said test it does put a Parent in a very uncomfortable position.
