Probably are looking at 4 years, $65-70 million or so. I'd do it, but that's a lot to spend on a 32-year old who DOES have back problems this year.

Either would be fine with me. Sanchez would seem to be less risky, in many ways. Peavy might well be in the conversation. Another guy who is 31-32, injury history, but tons of talent.
Regardless, this speaks to why the Royals really need to get two guys, in addition to Guthrie. One doesn't live up to expectations, hope the other two do.
