...Strucker basically saying the world had enough bad guys to worry about, and he had no intention of going after anyone or continuing on the path of HYDRA as seen in the movie. His goals were grander and included "miracles", and then we see the twins in cages. Well, more like padded cells. Quicksilver is kinda freaking out and blurrily bouncing off walls, Scarlet Witch is levitating blocks before making them explode as the scene ends.
