Nobody here finds the ratio of white coaches to non-white coaches odd? Think of how many players in the NFL are non-white. Doesn't it stand to reason that, if all things being fair and equal, there should be at the very least a slightly higher percentage of non-white coaches?

If they are going to change anything, they need to find a way to get more minorities hired on at the start of their careers, and then make sure they have the same opportunities as their white peers to progress up the coaching ladder. I'm curious what the racial makeup is for scouting/positional coaches. If there is a relatively higher percentage there than at the top, then that is a good place to look for a way to fix things long term. JMHO
