Turning point was when the guy the Thunder depend on to score15+/game couldn't make a shot and shrunk from a wide open 15 footer. Or when Scott Brooks decided the best way to get the ball to Durant was sit him at the top of the key with no movement, allowing defense to overplay and completely deny him the ball. Or, the stretch in the 3rd quarter when the Thunder decided not to hustle back on defense and/or find their man and gave up 7 straight points. Or when Thabo took 5 seconds to load up a wide open three, allowing Wade to recover.
The turning point wasn't when Westbrook had one of his very few turnovers, despite handling the ball all night.
I'm no big Westbrook fan....he has his flaws. But he's turning into the LeBron of the Heat. The criticism has gone too far. For ****'s sake, dude just went 43/7/5 on the road in the Finals.
