As 'roundup' said you have to set yourself up for success and recognize your 'associative triggers' and deflect with healthy habits taking their place.
I wouldn't even approach this 'UNTIL" you have studied your 'associative triggers'(at home, on the road, at work, at play) and have a plan in place to successfully combat all these scenarios.
