Florida State fullback Chad Abram has worked out for the New England Patriots, Atlanta Falcons, Kansas City Chiefs and the Miami Dolphins, according to league sources.
The 6-foot, 236-pounder ran the 40-yard dasb between 4.58 and 4.65 seconds at the Seminoles' Pro Day workout.
He bench pressed 225 pounds 21 times and had a 35 1/2 inch vertical leap and a 10-7 broad jump with a 4.50 20-yard shuttle and a 7.08 three-cone drill.
Abram is a versatile fullback and a bruising lead blocker.
Florida State rushed for 2,844 yards last season, averaging 5.6 yards per carry behind Abram's blocking as the Seminoles set a school record with 42 rushing touchdowns.
He had seven carries for 29 yards and nine catches for 73 yards with three touchdowns.
Abram caught a touchdown in the BCS national championship game win over Auburn.
He also scored a touchdown against Boston College on a 10-yard reception.
Abram began his career as a safety before moving to fullback in 2011.
Abram doubles as a special-teams ace.
He's graded as a later-round draft target or priority free agent.
