No doubt you have. Your on the right track, just keep plugging away.
On average, you can gain around 2lbs of muscle per month. If your doing things right, a little fat with that too, but the indicator is the scale going up AND weights/lifting going up. 30lbs in what, 3 months? THat is a bit excessive but I know you were low carb before so a lot of that could be glycogen compensation.
Just keep hitting it hard bro.
