I was reading about Seattle's defensive scheme.
It's a one gap system in which the strong side DE is the only player who two gaps. It's all heavily based on, but modified from, Monte Kiffin's over/under magic he worked in Tampa and nebraska.
Dont' care about their O, but I love the D he's put together over there in such a short period of time.
