Yes, definitely. I bought XM back a few years ago based on content, and it appears I was right. Two of the main channels I listened to - Squizz (hard rock) and Liquid Metal (metal, duh) have changed to Octane (Sirius's hard rock) and Liquid Metal retained the name but lost tons of quality.
Octane is borderline unlistenable with the songs they play and the god-awful Sirius djs. If I wanted to hear fm dj's hitting the post before songs, I'd listen to fm. Liquid Metal got complete pussified and again, the djs are completely horrible Sirius hacks. The playlist at Liquid Metal is now basically Pantera, Slayer, Old Metallica, New Metallica, Korn, Slipknot, rinse/repeat. They sprinkle in some cool tunes every now and again, but it's mostly repeat stuff I've heard a billion times before.
