I finally broke two hours in a half-marathon! 1:58:56 in a race in Beaumont, Texas, last weekend. I was aided by a flat course, perfect weather (mid-50s), overcast sky, and sea-level oxygen. The wind was even pleasant for 11 of the 13 miles, and I only had a notable headwind in Miles 10 and 11.
