Problem is.. I can see people abusing this and just always typing fuuuck every time. My inclination is to allow it unless reported and THEN a mod can judge the context. Sound good?

Sounds like another example where "don't be an asshole about it or you'll get a day or two off" should cover the situation. As long as nobody is ever given a particularly long banning for Fuuuuuu, I don't see how that would be too much of a problem. I don't know that I've ever seen anyone actually abusing that particular meme.
