I don't believe that just because you come from a place that has had success you are guaranteed success elsewhere. Look at guys like Spags, Dennis Allen, Josh McDaniels, Todd Haley, and Rex Ryan.
Those dumbass coaches haven't had extensive experience in their jobs for 20+ years like Dorsey.

And Dorsey will have the assistance of Reid and most likely Heckert as well.

This isn't Denver where the overrated horse face gets a layup Von Miller draft pick and a decent DL pick while the other draft picks suck.

The Broncos are good because of Ratty/McDaniels draft picks and Peyton Manning. As soon as the forehead leaves your ceiling is 8-8.
