One thing that I do notice that others touched on is that you thoroughly dominate the conversation, and not allowing her to express herself.

Then you should've focused the conversation on what's happening with her. then the discourse continues ( joke around a bit) then when she loosens up ask her the direct question about meeting up. If you haven't buttered her up enough to get her to go then cut bait. Right now you are running in circles.
