Sorry, but its just as difficult (maybe more, I dont know) due to hormonal issues. We gain 5-10 lbs in one week just because of our periods. Plus our body naturally keeps more fat on for baby carrying purposes (whether we are pregnant or not).
Im not saying its easy for guys, but to say its easier for women is just plain wrong.
