Hell, if you're really worried about it, flip Hali and Houston. Houston's skill set does translate well to the RDE and Hali's done extremely well as an LDE in the past.

We have defensive end covered in a 4-3 switch, IMO and that's easily the toughest part of a 4-3 conversion.
