Also, what is the supposed counter for the spy? It seems like he is almost unstoppable when you are playing a huge 16 vs 16 game and there is just mass chaos in one room. He simply goes invisible and runs around to the backside of the battle and wipes out half the guys before they can figure out what is going on.

To build stuff scroll or hit 4 and then you choose what you want to build . You should start out with a dispenser or a turret. If will have to keep resupplying so you get extra metal to upgrade the turret. To upgrade the turret hammer it with your wrench.
