I wouldn't file against them. I'd just close the door and tell them I'd be back in a few minutes... I've walked in on people ****ing and just blowing off steam before. I made nothing of it, and we just never talk about it. After that they were no more, or less, productive, so why would I care? and they took a LOT less time than the people who take "forever" lunches to "go to the gym." LOL, get up at 4:30 like me is what I'd like to say, but I won't, they need to work off stress too, they just take longer, a LOT more ofter I suppose, than the two who were ****ing...

But the good news is I knew two people who were never opposed to travel, and they did great work when they did travel together.
