Organizational futility affects the fans far more than the players. Shit, the players probably couldn't name half the guys in the Chiefs ROF if they weren't in the stadium.

I think the biggest way to turn the culture of a team is to have a good coach in place who knows how to lead and teach.
Reid is a winner. He's only had 3 losing season's in 14 years. I think he's gonna bring a mentality here and expect something from them.
