I'm too AFC West centric to have even heard of Donald Penn - is he above average? Shelton Quarles I've heard of (a position the Chiefs have struggled mightily to fill). Unless I'm confusing Antonio Bryant with someone else he's older than what I hope the Chiefs continue to build with.
