Sounds very cool, and (again, must be the accountant in me) very fishy.

If it costs around 500,000.00 US (converted from approximately .529 American dollars per British pounds, why isn't an investor jumping on it to pay for on his own? If the story is true, the return investment in 5 years would be the single largest in the history of all mankind.

Something just doesn't seem right.
