Herm does have a big part in the cap room, youth on the roster, and the fact the king is gone NOW not a year from now and he himself is more than likely in his final days/weeks(fingers crossed) as HC.
It's all about the future and to hell with the past. It's and end of an era. Not like the end of the Marty era. Or Gun's or DV's. Herm is the only one who came into hell and will take the Devil with him when he leaves. Even the great DV couldn't do that.
