Oh. I thought everyone got that. At first I was like, "Why would Walt be saying this to Jessie?" then it came together. After that conversation, we saw Jessie on the couch in deep thought while Andrea and Brock were playing a video game.
Walt did that on purpose. He didn't care about honesty and all that shit he was saying. He just cared about getting Andrea and Brock out of the picture. And it worked.
