I ate one today. The bowel movement was horrific. Tremendous pressure from the gas, it was like there was a tribe of evil monkeys flinging poop from inside my colon. The stench was overpowering during the entire process. I looked in the toilet after I was done. It was like a pile of muddy uncured cement. I'm thinking of having another one tomorrow.
