I won't argue the fact that Cassel has a negative effect on the overall team. He has a negative effect on the weather and the world banking system. And there probably hasn't been a more meddling GM in the league since Darth Liberace The Elder.

But, the way my pitiable brainpan attempts to function, I include starting-line-up under the header "Coaching Decisions". The unusual situation we find ourselves in with respect to Cassel, notwithstanding.
