This. I'm sure it is bad everywhere but since I moved to Houston from KC I see
way more of it. I'm not talking about big boned or pudgy kids who haven't hit their growth spurt. I'm talking gilbert grape's mom at 8 years old. It seems almost abusive to me, but how do you fix it? Certainly not by singling out the tubsters on Halloween. Sell the xbox and buy a bicycle. I had to clean if I stayed inside on the weekends, that worked like a charm.
