I cannot begin to describe how amazing this movie is.....not to mention the acting performance by the little girl in it.
For those not in the know....Tarsem is the director of the movie "The Cell"...a decent flick with Vince Vaughn and J-Lo.... If you've seen that film...you have a good idea of what the man can do with amazing imagery.
Before "The Cell"...he became famous (sort of) for directing R.E.M.'s "Losing My Religion" video.
Anyways.....I cant think of any other movie (besides "The Cell") with this type of imagery.....maybe The Robin Williams afterlife movie "What Dreams May Come".
Maybe I would describe it as a cross between "The Cell" (imagery) and "The Adventures of Baron Munchausen".
If you get a chance....check it out

The imagery in
The Fall is nothing short of spectacular. It is a Blu-ray show-off piece to be sure. It is a fun movie; the story that Lee Pace's character tells always reminds me of a Dungeon & Dragons quest as played and written by kids.
True story: the filmmakers tricked the little girl into thinking that what was going on with Lee Pace was actually happening. She was only part-acting the whole time.
