But I've always found good streams for games I want to watch. Find the one with the highest bitrate, as it will give you the best quality.
The movie channels are actually pretty good too. I use the movie streams quite a bit if I'm wanting to watch something random. Many of them are of really good quality.
**Be sure to go to the configuration setting in the jTV plugin, and tell it to only show English streams. You'll get a ton of other language streams otherwise.
