I actually hadn't heard about the CB1000r....
that is wicked looking.
When the new Z1000 style came out, I hated it. But it's reallllly grown on me since.
I believe they're geared a bit lower, and have a little more low end torque than the typicall 1000 sport tuned engine.
Sort of the best of both worlds; lots of torque/power, can lay into curves with the best of them; can ride for long distances comfortably etc.
