So I have seen Norv in action, a lot. I don't want him anywhere near the play calling for this team. He has no fire, the players don't play for him, and he has gone into a conservative turtle shell as of the last 2 seasons.

I'm not worried. Norvs job as a coordinator isn't to motivate. And a head coach can typically dictate aggressiveness of play calling. All I care about is if he can coach players on technique and coordinate a scheme. He can absolutely do that and would not be the first or last head coach that was far better suited for a coordinator role. It also didn't help that aj Smith was embarrassingly bad at destruction the offensive talent on that roster.
