Matt (like other reeruned USC QBs named Matt) didn't know when was the right time to leave college and enter the pros. It's possible that his draft stock tanks this year especially as other more talented QBs pass him up this year.
I realize that "tanks" is a strong word. I mean that Barkley drops out of the top 5 overall. I think that's a definite possibility.
