The speed limit is the speed limit. Period.

Yes, if you are driving slower than the speed limit, then you need to move to the right. If you are going at or above the speed limit and need to pass, you should be in the left lane. That's the way it is, that's the way it's been.

The sign doesn't say, "65 MPH (Unless you're in the far left lane)", does it?
