The 'good stuff' will definitely help hold on to more strength while you lean out, probably still gain a good amount of strength. That stuff really helps out when we get older and our recovery ability isn't what it was when we were in our 20's. You don't have to run insane cycles like you see these pro bodybuilders, a simple trip to your local endo or 'anti-aging' clinic will get your started when the time is right.
