I bought a Ruger LCR 38 special, shot it today for the first time. I am in love with it. Badass groupings from 10 yards with 130 grain. I then shot 3 rnds of hornaday +p to make sure it could handle it. The revolver is a beast. I carried it in my side pocket for 2 days ans never noticed it was there, thing is light at 13 oz. I carried it in my front jeans pocket in lowes and my in law said it looked like my wallet.
Not sure what you mean about gripping it - the guy having issues was one of the instructors. Big guy. I think he's a cop, too.
