Please explain this to me: You say there's no point in "CP [discussing] what needs to be done". So why are you even in this thread? Why did you click on it in the first place? Obviously there's nothing in here that you're going to find worthwhile.
It looks like you've come into here to criticize people, and not to criticize them for what they think, but to criticize them simply for thinking anything at all. You're not trying to to offer any opinions or insight about the topic or the team or about anything related to anything at all. You're just complaining that the people participating in this discussion are having this discussion.

As far as me being "nice", well, I'm not. I've never pretended to be. I can certainly be an asshole, and I can certainly sling some smack. But in general I just try to treat people the way I expect to be treated. I certainly haven't said anything to anyone in this thread that would bother me if said back to me. Including not caring about what your views are on the rest of us having this discussion.
I think it's pretty silly, to be honest. Do you just look for threads with people discussing stuff that you think is pointless, just so you have something to bitch about?
