What exercises do you like to pair with deadlifts? I have been doing deads and legs for the last few months, but it's too demanding on my lower back (been really sore and very stiff the next two days).
Pairing deadlifts with other back exercises would make sense, but I like bent-over rows and it seems like that combination would also be too taxing on the lower back.
Suggestions?
