Dungy is a professional. He's not BB, but he would be a solid hire. What's more is that he is respected by players around the league. If we're going to make ourselves into a franchise that can attract free agents, we have to start somewhere.

I wouldn't be doing backflips over the hire, but I'm more positive than negative on it.
