I've been with them for a long time and have had the same plan for years. I've got a Droid 2 right now but I'm due for an upgrade fairly soon.
From what I hear they've stopped giving out unlimited plans (even with just upgrades) so I doubt you'd be able to get anything similar. I think I've just gotten lucky due to being loyal. I haven't had an increase in the cost of my plan for several years.
