I agree.. It should of been kept in until they place a salary floor and ceiling.. If not, poor teams/small markets cannot compete with the large markets.. Players can just say no thanks..
Of course, maybe they can include a stipulation that if they say no they cannot enter the draft for three years, if they do they revert to the original team under those three years..
