I didn't get to watch the fight too well last night because I got there late, talked and couldn't hear the announcers the whole time but what the hell is the "superman punch"?
Seems pretty dangerous if someone gets a hold of your arm. What's the philosophy throwing yourself forward like that? Isn't it 101 to throw and keep feet back as much as possible in case you don't land?
